Bryan did a great job on the thorough home inspection. The highly detailed report is really helpful and has tons of pictures and outlines steps to fix everything. The home is a former foreclosure property, purchased "as-is" so it was very important that every detail was looked at. Highly recommended.

Great! I am a local real estate agent and my buyers used Bryan as there inspector on their recent home purchase. Bryan was absolutely amazing! We had a very tight time table to work with and Bryan was able to get the inspection done when we needed it. His report was incredibly thorough and included detailed remarks and pictures clearly showing all of his findings. He also provides a super helpful report summary that allows you to quickly see all of the must know information. I will recommend Bryan to all of my clients in the future.

Highly recommend Bryan from Four Corners Inspection. He performed a Warranty inspection and was very thorough in outlining the issues of my home. He takes detailed pictures and explains every issue with you at the end of the inspection. Since his report was very detailed, it was easy to locate and explain the issues to my builder that required attention. I would recommend Four Corners to anyone needing an inspection.

I was referred to Bryan by my real estate agent at Keller Williams (Nick McCoy). My fiance and I were first time homebuyers and Bryan did a great job explaining to us what was entailed during his inspection. We also were able to do our own education on his website so we could better prepare ourselves with questions to ask on the day of the inspection. On the day of the inspection, Bryan got to the house about three hours before we arrived for the final walkthrough. He was patient with our questions and did a great job explaining different issues and took the time to point out each and every thing he found around the house. The report he gave us after the inspection was just as detailed and captured pictures of all the issues. This will be helpful when we go out and hire a professional to help us resolve some of the problems. Overall, Bryan was a great communicator and was not done on the job until he made sure our minds were at ease with the issues he found with the house we were about to purchase. I'd have no hesitations recommending Bryan and his company to my friends and colleagues in the future when they are going through the same process.

I was also referred to Bryan (Four Corners Inspections) by my real estate agent. He was available to inspect the property without delay, and he communicated promptly and clearly with me throughout the process. He arrived at the house 2 hours before me, then spent an additional hour inspecting while I spoke with the owner, as well as at least another half hour after our walkthrough. Our walkthrough took 30 minutes and he was careful and thorough in pointing out all the details I needed to see. He told me what priority each problem should be given in his experience as well. His report was available online the following day and included pictures that identified every pertinent problem with the structure and grounds. I plan to use it as a reference as I improve the home. I was extremely pleased overall and would recommend Four Corners Inspections without hesitation

I contacted Bryan with Four Corners Inspections to do a inspection in Frisco. The house was a foreclosure and had not been lived in for some time. Bryan was very thorough and conducted a complete walk through at the end. He really has an eye for detail. He took his time and explained everything in detail. I received a very detailed report that evening that was emailed to me and my realtor. Would highly recommend his services.

Fantastic Job! Bryan is very thorough and detailed when inspecting a home. I can't say enough good things. From the thorough job inspecting the home, to taking photos of each item and adding in circles, arrows, and precise descriptions, to the complete report via PDF of the entire inspection, we are very pleased with the process. All of this was done in a timely manner as well! We are looking at an older home, and Bryan was able to explain all of the quirks of older homes, to what can be done to update them, and what's safe and what's not. Again, thoroughly impressed with Four Corners Inspection.

Brian ended up inspecting 2 homes for us as the first one fell through due to the homeowners not wanting to fix the items he found. When our contract was accepted on the second home I called Brian right away. He really soothed my fears when I walked in and he told me “you've got a good one here”. While there were items he found, none were the deal-breakers like the first. Brian walks you through and around the home after his inspection and points out everything, even things that aren't “failures” that make his report so that you have a much better understanding of the home you are about to buy. I hope I don't need Brian for a long time but I will recommend him to all my family and friends. He is a true professional!

Great job, Brian! We are closing on our home in a couple weeks, and, thanks to Brian and Four Corners, we are doing so with complete peace of mind. Brian conducted a thorough inspection of the house and property and then, afterward, walked me though to point out each and every "issue". Thankfully, none were major and the closing will proceed with no obstacles. Brian took pictures of each item that caught his attention and created a document that we can use as a checklist for bringing those few minor issues he discovered up to 100%. He answered all my questions with patience and demonstrated a high degree of expertise in the items he discussed with me. I highly recommend Brian and Four Corners.

We moved into a newly built home last year and needed a good home inspection before our 1 year builder's warranty ended. Our realtor (who is one of the best) recommended Brian to do our inspection. Our realtor always recommends good people, so we trusted her advice to have Brian do our inspection, and we're glad we did. Brian did a great job. He was very thorough, took pictures and notes, and explained everything he saw. He has a lot of experience and knows what to look for. He didn't rush through the job, and took any time that was needed to make sure any questions we had were answered. He also did all of this for a good price. We certainly recommend Brian to anyone that needs a home inspection.
